The Division of Gender Affairs is a Government agency within the Departmemt of the Public Service and Gender Affairs focused on promoting gender equality and the empowerment of women and girls. It seeks to create an environment to redress gender imbalances through policies and programmes geared towards maximizing participation in and benefits from, national development initiatives and improve the relationship between women and men: the goal of which is to enhance quality of life and allow both women and men to achieve their full potential.

Ministry

The Division of Gender Affairs is within the Ministry of the Public Service, Home Affairs, Labour and Gender Affairs and within the Department of the Public Service and Gender Affairs.
